We aim to ship the order within 1 week. We make the bee hives in our own carpentry factory in Utrecht. Craftsmanship sometimes takes more time, but we guarantee that you are waiting for the best quality!
After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email within a few minutes (Note: this may also end up in spam). The delivery time of the package depends on the products ordered.
We ship with DHL to the Netherlands & Belgium. Below are the shipping costs per country.
You have the right to return the order up to 14 days after receipt without reason and to use the right of withdrawal. Return costs are for the account of the customer, the purchase amount excluding shipping costs will be reimbursed to you after receiving the returned products. If you use the right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and if reasonably possible - will be returned to the entrepreneur in the original condition and packaging.
