Returns

You have the right to return the order without reason up to 14 days after receipt and to use the right of withdrawal. Return costs are borne by the customer, the purchase amount excluding shipping costs will be refunded to you after receipt of the returned products. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging. Return exceptions:

Products are non-returnable

• Bee hives after treatment with paint, stain, oil, impregnating agent and/or acids
• Products not in original condition or sealed products
• Custom made specifically for the customer
• Food products; e.g. honey, honey lollipops etc.

Guarantee

• Beehives made of red cedar and modified wood come with a 1-year warranty, provided the hives have been treated with oil or propoleum, the old product is returned and the purchase receipt is present.
• Beehives made of spruce wood are supplied without warranty.

Other products come with a 6-month warranty, provided the old product is returned and the purchase receipt is present.
